I live about 2 hours away from Boone and Makoto's is the first place I eat when I get to make the trip up to Boone. The food is sooo good! The filet mignon is well worth the price and the shrimp sauce makes the meal complete. The chefs are very interactive and have many tricks. Try Makoto's the next time you are in Boone!

We love going to the Sushi bar, eating sushi and have a few drinks. Michael is a great sushi chef and is very friendly. The entire restaurant is great. It is a must while you are here in the high country.
